About Gaby
In 2000, I graduated with a BSc in Health Sciences from
the
University of Westminster
in London, where
I studied a broad range of Complementary Therapies. It
is here that I learnt the techniques of Thai massage
with
Howard Evans and began my journey of
discovering the art of Thai yoga massage.
At the same time I came across my first yoga teacher,
Carrie Tuke, who opened a fascinating world for me of
bringing awareness to the centre or core-self of my body.
After the birth of my daughter, I moved to South Devon and
completed Bill Wood's yoga teacher training course in July
2009.
